Thank you for choosing CATV+. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital access, streaming services, and access codes, all purchases for CATV+ are final and non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed and an access code is issued, the service is considered delivered and used when:
The access code is redeemed, or The account is logged into, or The service becomes accessible to the customer
At that point, we cannot revoke access, and therefore we cannot offer refunds.
Trial Access Is Available Before Purchase
We offer trial access for customers who would like to test CATV+ before committing to a full purchase. We strongly encourage all new customers to use the trial before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you chose not to use the trial option and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving and using access to CATV+ is considered a violation of this policy.
In the event of a dispute, we will submit the following evidence to the payment processor:
Proof of purchase Access code issuance Login and usage records This No Refund Policy Website screenshots showing the trial offer and refund policy
Agreement to Policy
By purchasing CATV+, you acknowledge that: You have read and agreed to this No Refund Policy You understand that all sales are final You understand that trial access was available prior to purchase
